Mickey talks to Jeff Howard, founder and owner of Howard Custom Transfers based in Elgin, Illinois. The company employs over 65 full-time workers in a 25,000 square foot facility… but less than two decades ago it started with two guys in Jeff’s garage. During the first six months screens were cleaned daily at the local car wash.
