In 2008 suburban police officer Tim Gramins caught a Chicago bank robber driving away from the crime scene with lots of cash. A high speed pursuit on the interstate ensued. When the bank robber couldn’t shake Gramins, he exited into a residential neighborhood, stopped and opened fire.
