Giles Flanagin is a Chicago businessman who's faced more than his share of challenges. He busted his ass working with construction in real estate development... he helped build company revenue from $6 to $80 million, but lost everything and banks pulled his credit during the 2008 recession. Many years later Flanagin joined Jeff Smokevitch to help run Blue Pan Pizza.
Blue Pan Pizza serves award winning Detroit-Style Pizza in Denver, Colorado. The signature characteristic of Detroit-style pizza, the caramelized crust, is achieved by using a unique blend brick, white cheddar, and whole milk mozzarella cheeses.
